The x92FCT541T noninverting buffers/line drivers can be employed as memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented transmitters/receivers. These devices provide speed and drive capabilities equivalent to their fastest bipolar-logic counterparts, while reducing power dissipation.
