The UCC27223 is a high-speed synchronous buck drivers for todays high-efficiency, lower-output voltage designs. Using Predictive Gate Drive (PGD) control technology, these drivers reduce diode conduction and reverse recovery losses in the synchronous rectifier MOSFET(s).
